Returns & Refunds Policy (U.S. Only)

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned.

Return Window & Eligibility

  • You have 3 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, with tags, certificates, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, made-to-order, special orders, engraved/resized pieces, Dome wedding bands, and earrings (for hygiene reasons).

  • Gift cards and final sale/clearance items.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email infobeaudiamond@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will send you instructions and the return address:

  3. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and full insurance coverage, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original packaging and certificates. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email infobeaudiamond@gmail.com.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Missing Certificates or Packaging

For diamond or gemstone jewelry, returns must include all original certificates, appraisal cards, and branded packaging.

  • Missing or damaged certificates will result in a deduction of $150 per certificate from the refund.

  • Missing packaging or accessories may also result in deductions at our discretion.
