Shipping Policy (U.S. Only)

Shipping Zones

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (50 states and D.C.).

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days for earrings, bracelets, necklace(Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Orders are processed within 8–10 business days for Engagement Ring and Custom pieces (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).


  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Made-to-order or custom designs will be quoted separately for processing time.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard (3–4 business days): $4.90 flat rate for orders $0–$499 & Free for orders $500+.

  • Economy (5–8 business days): $2.90 flat rate for orders $0–$499 & Free for orders $500+.

Carrier is typically FedEx or UPS.

Signature & Insurance

  • All shipments are insured until delivery.

  • Orders $500+ require an adult signature on delivery for security reasons.

  • Because P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses do not allow signature confirmation, we cannot ship orders of $500 or more to those addresses.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier confirms delivery at your shipping address.

Undeliverable / Refused Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused will be refunded minus shipping costs and any carrier return fees. We can reship once received back if shipping is repaid.

Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Report damage, tampering, or missing items within 48 hoursto infobeaudiamond@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and contents. Claims must be filed before a replacement/refund is issued.

Taxes

Sales tax is applied where required by law (based on shipping address).
